The Brice Inn is located at 601 East Bay Street, near the eastern edge of the downtown historic district of Savannah. Previously known as the Mulberry Inn, this location was originally McMahon's Cotton Warehouse, built in the 1860's. Over the years, it has been the location of a number of businesses, including a livery stable, Coca Cola Bottling Company, wholesale grocer, tin shop, machine shop. The Brice Inn is situated across the street from the Pirate House.
