07 Owens-Thomas House

The Owens-Thomas house is located at 124 Abercorn Street, where it meets East State Street, and overlooks the northeast corner of Oglethorpe Square.
The mansion was built in 1819 in Regency Style as designed by noted architect, William Jay. The grounds include a lovely garden in the back yard along with a carrriage house which were originally designed as quarters for the slaves.
